Processing Time
Each print is made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Method & Rates
All prints are shipped via tracked and insured mail to ensure safe delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the print.

 

Packaging
Prints are carefully packaged in sturdy tubes or flat mailers with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

 

Domestic & International Shipping
We ship within the U.S. and internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance processes, but we will assist as much as we can if issues arise.

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature and delicate handling of our large photo prints, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will either replace the print at no additional cost or provide an appropriate resolution.

Lost Shipments
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If it’s still missing, reach out to us—we will do our best to help locate or replace your order, depending on the situation.

Color Disclaimer


Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on screen calibration and lighting. We do our best to ensure that the colors in the final print closely match what you see online.
