I came to photography through an unexpected pull — a quiet but persistent drive that changed the direction of my life. Photography opened up something different: a way of engaging with the world that felt more expansive, more intuitive, and more free. What started as instinct quickly grew into a practice rooted in storytelling, collaboration, and creative exploration.
My work moves across documentary, fashion, and conceptual forms, and I don’t feel the need to choose just one lane. Some images are created to support others — projects centered on underrepresented voices, cultural preservation, or visual advocacy. Others are more personal, drawing from humor, memory, and difficult experiences I’m still learning how to hold. And some work is driven by experimentation and visual play, like Jayder x Cam, my ongoing body painting collaboration with The Jayder.
Whether I’m documenting lived realities or directing imagined scenes, I approach each project with intention and curiosity. My practice continues to evolve, and I’m committed to creating work that resonates — not just for me, but for the people, stories, and communities around it.
